All refund requests must be submitted through the website's Contact Us form and include sufficient information for review. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. All refunds are granted solely at the discretion of the Company, which reserves the right to approve or deny any request for any lawful reason.  Any approved refund may be reduced by non-refundable processing fees, administrative costs, third-party expenses, materials already delivered, or services already rendered.

Books purchased through the Website will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for purchased books transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
