Purchases & Refund Policy

This Purchases, Payments, Participation, and Refund Policy governs the purchase and participation of services, workshops, educational programs, speaking engagements, coaching sessions, consultations, digital products, and other offerings provided through this Website or by Dr. Esther A. Riverson ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
By purchasing, registering for, or participating in any offering, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

Purchases

All purchases are subject to availability and acceptance by the Company. The Company reserves the right to decline, limit, postpone, or cancel any order, registration, reservation, or service request at its sole discretion.

Descriptions, schedules, pricing, availability, and program details are subject to change without notice. The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information presented; however, errors may occasionally occur. If an error is identified after a purchase has been made, the Company reserves the right to correct the error and discuss available options with the purchaser.

Payments

Payment is required before participation in most services, programs, workshops, consultations, or events unless alternative arrangements have been approved in writing.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the Company to charge all applicable fees.

If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, charged back, or otherwise fails to process, the Company may suspend access to services, materials, events, appointments, or programs until payment has been successfully resolved.

The Company reserves the right to utilize third-party payment processors and financial service providers to facilitate transactions. Payment processing services are governed by the terms and policies of the applicable provider.

Any applicable taxes, processing fees, or government-imposed charges may be added where required by law.

Participation Requirements

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally during all appointments, workshops, coaching sessions, consultations, virtual meetings, speaking engagements, and community discussions.
The Company reserves the right to remove, deny access to, or discontinue services for any participant whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, unlawful, harassing, or otherwise interferes with the experience, safety, or participation of others.

Participation in coaching programs, educational services, workshops, or consultations does not guarantee any particular result, outcome, achievement, improvement, certification, academic success, parenting outcome, personal development milestone, or professional advancement.

Participants are solely responsible for implementing recommendations, making decisions, and evaluating whether any information provided is appropriate for their specific circumstances.

Attendance and Missed Appointments

Participants are responsible for attending scheduled appointments, workshops, classes, consultations, and events at the designated date and time.

If a participant fails to attend a scheduled appointment without providing advance notice, the appointment may be considered forfeited and may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.

The Company may, but is not obligated to, offer a one-time rescheduling accommodation based on availability and circumstances.

If the Company must cancel or reschedule a service due to illness, emergency, scheduling conflicts, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, participants will be offered a rescheduled date, service credit, or refund at the Company's discretion.

Digital Products and Downloadable Materials

Because digital products, downloadable resources, recordings, templates, guides, and educational materials are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales of digital products are final unless otherwise required by law.

Unauthorized sharing, distribution, resale, reproduction, publication, or commercial use of digital materials is strictly prohibited.

Workshops, Programs, and Events

Registration fees reserve a participant's place in a workshop, program, seminar, speaking engagement, training session, or event.

The Company reserves the right to modify speakers, schedules, agendas, locations, delivery methods, content, or program formats when reasonably necessary.

The Company may cancel an event due to insufficient enrollment, safety concerns, emergencies, venue limitations, technical failures, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
If the Company cancels an event before it begins, participants may receive either a refund of amounts paid or a credit toward a future offering, as determined by the Company.

Refund Policy

Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, coaching sessions, consultations, workshops, speaking engagements, educational services, and event registrations are non-refundable after the service has been delivered or the event has occurred.

Refund requests submitted before a scheduled service or event may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any refund request remains within the Company's sole discretion.

If a participant voluntarily withdraws from a program, workshop, course, event, consultation package, or coaching engagement after participation has begun, no refund shall be required for unused sessions, missed appointments, incomplete participation, scheduling conflicts, changes in personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with outcomes, or failure to achieve desired results.

If the Company determines that a refund is appropriate, any approved refund may be reduced by non-refundable processing fees, administrative costs, third-party expenses, materials already delivered, or services already rendered.

Refunds, when approved, will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with a financial institution, participants agree to provide the Company with a reasonable opportunity to address the concern directly.

Initiating a fraudulent or unsupported chargeback after services, materials, consultations, workshops, events, or educational content have been delivered may result in suspension of future services and pursuit of available legal remedies.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or failures to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, acts of government, labor disputes, utility outages, internet disruptions, public health emergencies, venue closures, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, the Company may provide alternative delivery methods, rescheduling opportunities, credits, or other reasonable accommodations.

Policy Changes

The Company reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Updated versions become effective upon posting and apply to future purchases and registrations unless otherwise required by law.
By purchasing, registering for, or participating in any offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Purchases, Payments, Participation, and Refund Policy.
